Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery date if your product was delivered damaged (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All jewelry and accessories are FINAL SALE. No exceptions. 

You should expect to receive your store credit within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).


If you need assistance to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

If an item is returned after the 14 days, or not in original condition, we will ship the item back to you at your expense. If we don't have confirmation to do so within 3 days of processed return, the item will be put back into stock/or donated. We hold the right to determine whether or not an item is eligible for store credit.
